Jackson Planning assisted Stutchbury Associates in submitting an application for ten dwellings on this greenbelt site,  a former nursery and storage facility within Pipehouse, a small hamlet within Bath and North East Somerset Council. 

Jackson Planning were instrumental in briefing the architect on local characterisation to inform an appropriate design response and  prepared the design and access statement and submitted the application through the planning portal.
