Jackson Planning assisted BDW in achieving consent for 200 homes within the National Park. The role involved complete characterisation of Petersfield Town in a pattern book and application of the findings to the masterplan to create a truly contextual development proposal.

 

Jackson Planning had appeared as expert witness

on design matters at an earlier public inquiry for a bigger scheme. 

Work involved working with all the technical disciplines and leading

detailed design negotiation with planning officers and appearance at the local design review.
