Jackson Planning, now based in Dartmouth, South Devon  was established in 2010 to offer dedicated town planning, urban design and sustainability consultancy services in southern England to a wide range of users to assist with place shaping through development.

 

Projects range from the very small to those of significant size and complexity. To date they have ranged from planning consent for a balcony overlooking Chichester Harbour to a master plan of 2000 dwellings in Newbury. Whatever scale our ambition is to achieve the best possible outcome every time and we seek to gain trust with projects and build long-term relationships with our clients.

 

Jackson Planning will bring significant experience from both the development industry and within local planning authorities to assist clients through the planning process. With the combination of town planning, urban design and sustainability skills this allows us to create a responsive approach to your planning issues.

 

Jackson Planning has gained a series of significant planning consents and site allocations on complex sites with a range of complex issues.   Jackson Planning has developed excellent working relationships with local architects, landscape architects, ecologists, transport and heritage specialists and can advise on how these would assist with your development project.
