Client: Avon Wildlife Trust

Folly farm is a multi functional space that Avon Wildlife Trust were using for licensed wedding events without planning permission. Jackson Planning negotiated a planning consent to allow the lucrative wedding business to continue on a number of weekends a year. This was a controversial application as the site is within the green belt and there were neighbour objections. Jackson Planning worked with specialist noise and transport consultants to demonstrate there was no harm from the proposal. Jackson Planning secured consent following an initial committee report recommending refusal and turned  the recommendation around to one of approval which was duly granted.
