JACKSON PLANNING
Turners Hill

Planning permission was granted on appeal for a new crematorium on a countryside site. The application was not supported by the local planning authority and was refused at committee. Jackson Planning had developed the scheme carefully with trusted landscape architects and were confident that issues over landscape impact could be overcome at appeal. This proved to be the case with the Council withdrawing their landscape evidence during the public inquiry, following effective cross examination, and effectively relinquishing the planning appeal.
